  I was recently involved in an almost fatal vehicle accident. My doctor said I needed physical therapy ASAP. I looked up the closet location to me and called and spoke with Connie. I wrote down instructions given since they do not accept third party insurance( other party’s information) and was told to call back if i needed to after speaking to lawyer about payment. I woke up this morning, in as much pain as I’m in and arrived at 7am and was told I couldn’t be seen because I never called back. I followed the instructions, but was spoken to in a demeaning manner as if I was dumb and did not do what I was told. Not the case. I am a student and drove pretty far, not to mention waking up super early. Waste of time and gas. Use a different location.

  My experience with Select Therapy in Huntersville and, particularly, Brittany Mikec, was the best ever. I have a tear in my achilles tendon and a lot of pain when walking....after 4 weeks of 2x per week, the pain went from an 8-9 to a 1...I have kept up with my exercises at home and would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy. The staff, including Connie, the admin, are great !!!
