  Set an appointment for an first visit and i tolled them my insurance card hadent arrived and only had the id number.The lady sayed it was ok and set up an appointmenanyways.so of course i had to make work arrangement and when i get there they tell me i cant be seen because of my insurance card and i would have to set up another appointment..so unprofessional and i will defiantly not be going back...
