  I honestly would move to this neighborhood just for the pool (and kiddie pool especially) and I think a couple of families I know actually did just that. Awesome hours for families (no early morning lap swimming though), and there’s always a lifeguard on duty. It’s been well maintained the few years we’ve lived here but at the HOA meetings people seem to really care about it and have a plan to keep the pool in pristine shape.
