  Terrible experience with Russ. We used Maestro a few years ago (not Russ) and had a good experience/trip to Ireland. When we asked for a trip to Italy recently he provided one. When then asked him to make changes to the itinerary and he never responded. I called him 3 weeks later and he basically said he was not working on it and was too busy. I will never recommend Russ or use Maestro for a trip again.
