  Good Morning,
  
  I just want say thank you so much for the "Daily Report" that I receive from Gateway, with the pictures, meals, and activities that my children are involved in throughout the day. It absolutely warms me inside to get those emails. I typically receive Camille's earlier in the day and Eli's later, which is okay! I am simply so appreciative of your staff.
  
  Additionally, while helping Camille with her homework last night, I watched her place two fingers (index and middle )between each word, to provide proper spacing. She also informed me that she needed a period at the end of her sentences and noted which sentence needed a question mark. BIG THANKS to Mrs. Lindsey for her hard work. It is obvious that Camille is learning and enjoying her classroom, teacher, and peers.

  My wife and I were looking at moving to the Charlotte Area as we made our decision on accepting a job offer. We looked for houses in a few neighborhoods near work and some recommended to us by our Realtor and some friends living in the area.
  We also looked at the school districts and some childcare options. We were told to go to a specific daycare to see what we thought. We went in and was not impressed at all. so our search continued.
  We were driving on Eastfield Road and passed Gateway Academy. (Which is right on the way between the subdivision and the new office.)
  We stopped in and Anna had to let us in because you need a code to open the doors (Big Plus for us). Anna was so accommodating and pleasant. She seemed genuinely interested in taking care of us. As she began the tour (Again we just stopped in - no appt.) The Director Erica introduced herself. You could see the pride she had in Gateway and was very helpful in answering our questions.
  As we went through the school, each teacher greeted us with a smile and made sure our questions were being answered.
  When my wife and I left, we sat in the car and talked about what a great fit this seemed to be.
  The next day Erica called my wife to to ask if she had come up with any more questions. We also received an e-mail thanking us for our visit. I appreciate the way they were checking in without bugging us.
  The job I am considering will begin in a few months, but we feel that our children will be in wonderful hands at Gateway.
