  EDIT: my below review was written BEFORE I got my final bill. When I gave my notice I paid the $75 cleaning fee. When I moved in I paid my pet fee and each month I paid a pet fee. When I moved out I was charged another $65 for carpet cleaning. Why? Because I have animals. UMMM I wasn't hiding that. I PAID. A LOT. of money to have my pets there. One bedroom door was closed for the entire time I lived there (for 14 months). My bedroom was clean. With the exception of indents on the carpet from where furniture sat, there were no issues. What a poor ending to an overall good experience. If you're moving out please be aware of the following: you will be charged for 2 months of sewer, trash, water, pest control, etc. If you have a pet, you'll be charged for a carpet cleaning fee. It's $100+....not that much, just the principle. Also before you move in, be aware that you have to pay for pest control - if you live on the first floor enjoy the spiders you'll have in your apartment!

  I lived at Camden Sedgebrook for over a year and LOVED it. I highly recommend this location to anyone. The apartments are clean and well maintained and the staff is amazing! If I didn't move to another state, I definitely would have extended my lease and stayed longer.
